Uses ClientStack does not serve

Live chat, answers written for each request, decisions from a file or photo, and emergency triage: why each is out of reach and what to offer.

The received screen shows the outcome reply and its link. The sample request type is Support triage.

Product screen with sample data. Intake is the previous working name.

ClientStack decides only what a manager published, from text, and stops at a person when it is unsure. Four uses fall outside that. Say so before a buyer finds out.

Live chat

A visitor wants a conversation that answers back as they type. ClientStack shows one question at a time on one screen, and Jev reads the answers once per question. No model writes a message to the visitor. A chat window is out of reach.

Offer instead: the Public link. It asks a few follow-up questions, one at a time, and ends with an outcome reply your team wrote. Most visitors who ask for a chat want a fast, specific answer. Read product questions before purchase.

Answers written for each request

A buyer wants the product to write the reply to each customer. In this version no model writes text: not the questions, not the rules, not the summaries, not the replies.

Offer instead: outcome replies. A manager writes one reply per outcome, once, and every request that ends with that outcome shows it. The reply can carry a Destination, a labelled link to the page that helps. Read outcomes and summaries.

Deciding from a file, a photo or a form upload

A warranty claim needs a photo of the fault. A quote needs a drawing. A claim needs a receipt. In this version Jev reads text only, so a decision that depends on a file is out of reach.

Offer instead: route the text and let a person ask for the file. The request type hands off when the text says the decision needs a file, and the confirmation message lists what to keep ready. Read warranty claims and quote requests.

Emergency lines and clinical triage

A wrong outcome in an emergency line, a medical triage service, a crisis line or a dispatch desk costs safety or health. These uses do not fit, whatever a manager publishes. ClientStack never grades how urgent an emergency is.

Offer instead: nothing that replaces the emergency service. A desk that may receive an emergency, such as a repairs desk, hands it to a person and tells the writer to call the emergency number. Read tenant repairs.

Check a use before you build

Ask what arrives and what decides the next step. If the answer is a conversation, a written answer, a file or a life at risk, stop here. Read how to use ClientStack for your business for the uses that fit.
