Is this a subscription?

The self-hosted software is a one-time purchase. You can keep using the purchased software after the first year. Hosting, email, and TypeSafe usage have separate charges. A managed service has its own recurring quote.

What happens after the first year?

The purchase includes one year of updates and product email support, starting from purchase. After that, ask NowSquare about continued updates and support. No renewal price or automatic renewal is included in this offer.

Can I use another AI provider?

Jev is the only supported AI model. ClientStack requires TypeSafe for live AI judgments. The current product does not support other providers.

Can you install it or build my workflow?

Ask for a quote. Installation, custom code, integrations, and workflow design are separate from the software price and product support.

Can I use my own brand?

You can set the product name and team identity. Applicant screens show the team identity. Review the license with NowSquare for your intended deployment or client work.

Can I connect my helpdesk?

You can build a connection through the JSON API. Native helpdesk connectors and outbound webhook delivery are not included.
