The self-hosted offer
ClientStack has a $199 USD one-time launch price. The purchase includes perpetual use of the purchased software, full source code, one year of updates, and one year of product email support from the purchase date. You can keep using the purchased software after that year. Continued updates and support need a separate agreement.
Product support covers questions about documented features and fault reports for the supplied software. Installation, server administration, custom code, and workflow design are separate services. No response-time guarantee is included.
Before payment, NowSquare confirms release availability, applicable tax, permitted deployments, and the full purchase license. A purchase enquiry does not complete a purchase.
Managed service
NowSquare takes enquiries for a managed pilot. Availability and service scope depend on an agreed quote. The quote sets setup and recurring fees, hosting, backups, monitoring, updates, usage limits, AI charges, and support coverage. The self-hosted software price does not include managed service.
Running the software
You arrange a suitable server, HTTPS, backups, email delivery, and a TypeSafe account. Those services have their own terms and costs. Check the installation guide before choosing a host.
Product illustrations
The interactive routing diagram uses fixed examples. Product screenshots show synthetic data and can show the former working name, Intake. The docs describe the product source available for this website rebuild. Review the release package and its notes before deployment.
Source code and branding
The self-hosted offer includes source code. The purchase license defines how you can use that code, including permitted deployments and client work. Public brand downloads let you identify ClientStack in articles and integrations. They do not give you ownership of the name or permission to imply a partnership.
