Information you send us
If you email NowSquare, we receive your email address, your message, and any files you attach. We use them to answer your question and provide support. Send sample data where possible. Do not send passwords or API keys.
Website operation
The website and hosting services can record technical request data, such as an IP address, requested page, browser details, and request time. These records help the operator run the site and investigate faults or abuse.
The public marketing pages do not load analytics or advertising scripts. The routing illustration uses fixed examples in your browser and sends no request text to an AI service.
Your own installation
The operator of a self-hosted ClientStack installation controls its database, access, and retention settings. That installation sends applicant answers and configured criteria to TypeSafe when it calls Jev. The operator must explain this use to applicants and provide an appropriate privacy notice.
