The product uses one Jev call per accepted answer and fixed, manager-authored questions and summary templates. Published versions do not change. The model does not write replies. The current product has no native helpdesk connectors or outbound webhook delivery. An integrator can read outcomes through the API and act in another system.

The screenshot catalog uses the former working name Intake and synthetic examples. ClientStack is the new product name. Jev remains the name of the TypeSafe model.
